Not a Jade

This looks exactly like one plant I’ve had that was tentatively identified as Echeveria haagai tolimanesis.
Other possibilities include x Pachyveria (another related plant) or even Graptopetalum. These are all so close genetically that they’ll hybridize.
All of them take the same kind of care – bright light, deep watering only when the soil is dry – and this one should be displayed where it won’t get bumped or brushed, as the bloom is removed easily, and also the leaves tend to fall off.
