Yucca vs Yuca... YUCKA!

Good afternoon. My name is Kelli.

All of the websites contradict one another when it comes to Yucca and Yuca. Some even use the two interchangeably when they aren't the same thing. I'd like to know the FACTS about which part of both plants is edible;leaves, stems, flowers, roots. What needs cooked and what doesn't. If you could point me in the direction of a reputable and knowledgeable website I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

These days, a query in the form of a question on the search engine of your choice will bring back a plethora of information. That's what I did, using the question 'is yucca edible'. I like the search engine Bing, but you may prefer another.

There are lots of results, this one seemed to me to be what you are asking about.
