It could be some kind of mechanical damage, for instance from being too roughly handled.

It’s not contagious, and future growth won’t be affected.

I would cut those off as soon as possible, if the plant can do without those leaves. Maybe give it a week as it looks like there is enough green on the leaf to keep doing its job of photosynthesizing, but after it gets a bit more growth, those could be removed.
