Trailing succulent?

So I bought this guy at a local farmer's market, he had some dead leaves towards the base that I plucked off (pictured) and he seems to have some trailing sprouts.

The woman I bought this from is a little notorious for mistreating her succulents (I had purchased an over-watered, mealybug infested stonecrop from her as well without realizing) and didn't know A. what kind of succulent this even was and B. if it even looked healthy.

I wanna make sure this little guy's getting the care he needs and so I was wondering if you could help me figure out what the heck he is!

It's a puzzle...

...but I think this guy is either some form of Graptopetalum or Echeveria - they are so close that they can hybridize, so it's hard to tell them apart.

You can't go wrong if you follow the care guidelines here.
