This is a hanging plant

A friend brought me a clipping from this plant which she saw in a Tampa, Florida mall.

From the pictures she showed me it came from a hanging basket. The "leaves" are thick and smooth, green with white edges.

When she brought me the clipping it had a very small reddish flower on it but it has since died.

I want to duplicate the look of the hanging baskets on her pictures, but with just a clipping I think it would take forever so I want to find the name of it so I can purchase more of them.

Is it possible that it's an Aptenia? Check out the pictures there, and let me know.

Yes this is an Aptenia cordifolia.
A succulent ground cover.

Its Aptenia 'Red Apple'

Its the garden hybrid Aptenia 'Red Apple'. The real Aptenia is smaller with purple flowers and long petiolate leaves with a heart shaped blade,
