Does my Avocado plant have Fungus or mites? I am terrified to loose him. He is almost 1yr old. about 8 months. I am new to growing and know I have a lot to learn. what is the best, natural way to get rid of them without killing the plant. I am not growing for the fruit.

I don’t believe this is either spider mites or fungi. If the picture of the whole plant is where this plant regularly is placed, then it’s most likely struggling to reach light, and then it’s fair game for any stray pathogen that comes along.

My go-to for information on different plants is Dave’s Garden Website which has some basic guidelines on what these plants prefer in the way of conditions.
