Urbanite - recycled concrete for retaining walls
Sarah contacted me in the summer of 2009, and I supplied three varieties of thyme for this project in Lilloet B.C., and in the spring of 2010 I'll supply the next phase with several varieties of border Sedum.
Sarah says:
I plan to line the brickwork with thyme on the left. Thymus pseudolanuginosus, the Woolley thyme is doing well there now, but I only have a few clumps.
The hillside leading down to the patio I want to plant completely in thyme (over time).
The terrace garden is to the right of that. I want to plant the tall Sedum to the right of the green hill, behind the rock border. There are two Sedum 'Autumn Joy' there now, and they seem to be happy. Adding a couple of other varieties should go well.
