Palm turning yellow and brown

Hi! So I purchased this palm 1 month ago.

It is located on a upstairs balcony. I did bring it inside for a few days and forgot to water it. When I put it back outside I noticed the leaves starting to change and also some white stuff on it.

I sprayed it down with Neem oil because I thought it might be infested. I’m wondering those fronds will turn back or should I cut them off? And should I spray with Neem oil again soon? I’m a novice plant owner and need all the help I can get, lol. Thanks

I have no idea what the white stuff was as you didn't send a picture. I would stop spraying it with Neem, if you don't know what you're spraying it for.

This plant looks totally healthy to me. If you continue to take care of it, it should stay that way. There are lots of resources for palm care, I'm not an expert on then.

I can tell you that it's totally normal for some of the older leaves to turn yellow and eventually brown. They don't normally fall off by themselves, but you can cut them off once they do this. It's normal for a change in their environment to trigger this, on old leaves. If new ones start to go this way, there's something wrong.
