I’ve done so much research in my new Pilea plant I got. I watered it on the bottom and it flourished. it’s grown so much. It even has new little buds growing from the soil too. But I’m not sure if it’s growing the wrong direction. I’ve heard about leggy pileas. How do I get mine to grow up instead of out?

Love these plants!

The stems of the leaves will grow longer in light that is not bright enough. If you want compact tight growth, give it more light – the best time would be just before that new growth emerges. Over time, the new growth will be shorter and more robust, and much more upright. Then you could cut off the longer leaves and root them for more plants!
