Neighbors' unusual plant

Can you help my neighbor and I to identify a plant/ bush she has. It has large green leaves about 7 - 8 inches on pink/ dark pinky- red stems with clusters of dark blue berries on pink short stems. The bush is about 3 - 4 feet high. Thank you . Linda
