Well I got this succulent from Ikea awhile ago and the pale green color has slightly died down.

It’s not quite as pale green or more white towards the middle of the cactus.

I don’t know what kind it is and what sort of environment it needs along with the blooming stages and seasonal conditions it requires. Thank you for looking at this when you do.

Echeveria species

Your picture isn’t really clear, but this is obviously a type of Echeveria, possibly E. elegans or similar species.

They are native to extremely bright and hot environments, so they do require some extra help if they’re grown as house plants. For best results, I recommend a grow light, which can give them the right wavelength of light that they need. They won’t get the right kind of light in a house.
