How can I look after this plant best?

Echeveria

I have a succulent that’s growing upwards and can’t support itself, the bottom leaves are dropping off as well. Can you help me all? Do you know how I should be caring for it best?

This is Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg' and this is a fairly typical growth habit.

With many of this genus, if they don't get enough light at some time in the past, this is what happens.

The only solution is beheading - yes, that's right, chop off it's head!
