Help with my jade plant

Hello, I have a jade plant in a pot with a couple
Of other succulents. It has always done well, but in the last couple of weeks it very quickly developed huge black spots, and the leaves started curling up and drying and dropping off. It’s clear to me that the plant is not doing well and I’m not sure what I can do to fix it. Any help I can get would be so appreciated. Thank you.

This type of issue can quickly go sideways.

It's also one reason I don't recommend planting several different types of plants together - it's so hard to figure out a watering regime that will suit all of them.

For this poor thing, the only real solution is going to be a severe haircut. Get all the leaves and growth with the black stuff. And get rid of it - normally, I recommend taking cuttings, but in this case with this much disease infection, that's asking for trouble.

As some of the newer growth seems unaffected, whatever growth happens from now on will most likely be fine. Increase the air flow if you can, and don't spray with anything - not even water. If you've been overwatering, stop now.

Divide up plants that are not similar enough to need the same care.
