Help Identify a succulent house plant

I received as a gift in April and it was in bloom at the time. There was nothing giving any hint of the plants identity.

When in bloom the flowers are a tight cluster of small white flowers, each cluster is about 3 - 4 inches stall on a stalk, or sturdier stem. I don't recall if the flowers were "waxy" in nature.

The leaves are thick, firm and shiny.

I hope you can identify it for me. I love this plant, but I need to know what it is so I can properly care for it.

Your plant is a commonly grown greenhouse plant also know by the common names of Flaming Cathy or Flaming Katy, as it also comes in gorgeous red, pink and yellow shades.

To get these plants to rebloom, it's necessary to give it a summer hiatus outdoors where it will get plenty of filtered light, then bring it inside where it will have shorter hours of daylight. The shorter days will trigger the formation of flower buds. The usual blooming period is about two to three weeks in January and February - just when we need it the most!

Take a few cuttings to replace it with, as these plants are sometimes short lived, but easily propagated.
