Giant succulent that blooms white flowers

Hello, I have no idea what this succulent is as it was given to me from someone who didn't know the name of it either lol. All I see when I look at it are little baby lettuces lol. I was told it blooms white flowers. Please help! I'd really love to learn more about it. Thank you!
