Found this in a pot in my boyfriends back yard

It is tall, tree like and has small "flowers" that are a yellowish color. I think this is a succulent, it looks like others types I have seen but I can't find anything like this one in any pictures that I have looked at.

Hi Melissa - this page about Kalanchoe delagoensis will give you more information on this plant - there are several similar species of Kalanchoe that have the characteristics of this one, including Kalanchoe daigremontiana.
