I discovered these at my moms recently, I believe they were originally green! I’ve been told they are possibly a haworthia succulent? Is there any way to bring these now purple friends back to life?!

Yes, Definitely!

These will recover just fine, with a bit of TLC. Haworthia don’t actually like full sun, which is probably why they are showing the purple color, and the orange tone at the base. They also prefer a bit more water than other succulents. Even though they look a lot like Aloe, they aren’t as drought tolerant.

Looking again

I’ve been looking all over to see if this is actually Haworthia, and although it could be, it also resembles some of the hybrids of Aloe and Haworthia. There are lots of different ones, if you look for x Aloworthia you can see more on how they look, and how they differ from the straight species. Aren’t succulents fascinating?!
