Dying Dracaena?

My Dracaena Draco plant is losing its leaves but I am not sure why? I will leave the plant until the top soil is dry about an inch deep. Please help, is this something caused by my watering routine?

This growth pattern is typical of this type of plant - you often see them with a long stem and a bunch of leaves at the top, similar to a palm tree. So you don't need to worry about that, your watering regime is not a problem.

However, the pale leaves are indicating a different problem; lack of light. These plants tend to be happier with good light, as in, close to a window for the winter, and outside in partial shade for the summer months. If possible, move it to a brighter area, and/or get a grow light for it.
