Thrips

Those most definitely could be thrips! Good work getting such good pictures.

Here is some information on the Farmers Almanac site, with some remedies; Farmers Almanac.

If you get the yellow sticky traps, this could solve a whole lot of issues;

Leaves

A couple of the leaves on my Monstera Standleyana albo has gone like this? All the other leaves are ok.

A few white flecks under a couple of the leaves but not many.

Could this be Thrips, pest or disease?

Thanks in advance

Have you noticed...

Have you noticed any tiny white moths flying around the plant? This damage looks suspiciously like whitefly damage. The juvenile stage are the ones that do the damage, rasping off the surface of the leaf, similar to what you'll see with spider mites.

In either case, this bears investigating because it will eventually kill the plant, or at least weaken it so much that something else will come along and take advantage of it.

If it's whitefly, here's a video on organic white fly control;

Flies

Hi I have not seen any white moths flying around only black ones which I think was gnats.

Okay
by: Jacki

Okay, so not whitefly. Now we're getting somewhere. The black ones are most likely fungus gnats, which indicates that the soil is wet, and it's got lots of organic matter in it. This is a whole different issue. More about it here.

For your issue, we are back to square one. Can you see any other insect, at all? Like tiny red ones? Or webbing that looks like tiny spiders have been congregating under the leaves?
