what kind of rudbeckia ???

rudbeckia has kinds....wt kind of this one ??


Drought Smart Plants reply: Hi Ahmed, you're right, there are many kinds since this plant burst onto the xeriscaping and cottage garden scene recently.

Some of the newer strains are shorter than the species, some as low as 8-10 inches, making them perfect for in the front of the border.

Breeders have produced many different colors of this great plant, and some seed strains have many variations of burgundy, mahogany, yellow, orange and russet, often in concentric bands.

Sorry I can't pin down exactly which one this would be other than the botanical name which is Rudbeckia hirta.
