What is this big, bright green succulent with the red edges??

Hi Michael, that looks like one of the many gorgeous Echeveria that are around. There are so many different kinds, and more being hybridized all the time.

It's possibly something similar to Echeveria 'Pallida' which has the same apple green foliage. You can see more about Echeveria species and hybrids, also how to grow them.

The Echeveria lists A-L and M-Z have lots more pictures of these incredible and drought tolerant plants.
