Help me identify the flower
I saw this flower in London and thought it was beautiful. Can someone tell me the name? I want to plant some if it could survive in this climate. Plant used in vegatative reproduction project bamboo like stalks, minimal rooting system, palmitic leaf grouping, leaves fall off easily and frequently. Purchased at Target store in Tempe, Arizona.... Unknown plant I would appreciate it if someone could identify this plant for me.
