Unidentified Cactus.. (I think it is a cactus..)

Tubular thick body with several "stems" out of same base, fleshy leaves, dark green, multiple apical buds growing simultaneously from tip. Spines on base of each leaf structure.

Austrocylindropuntia subulata

Its called the "eve needle" cactus or Austrocylindropuntia subulata just google that and you should find all the info you need :)
