Hi Joseph, it's hard to see from your picture what this is - I'm thinking it might be either some type of Euphorbia, or even an Aeonium or Crassula - the Jade Tree - but for accurate identification, I would need some close up pictures of the stem, the leaves and how the leaves are joined to the stem.
If you like, and you have more pictures, simply post again, and I'll just redo your submission.
