This is a hanging plant

by Maria
(Miami, Florida)

A friend brought me a clipping from this plant which she saw in a Tampa, Florida mall.

From the pictures she showed me it came from a hanging basket. The "leaves" are thick and smooth, green with white edges.

When she brought me the clipping it had a very small reddish flower on it but it has since died.

I want to duplicate the look of the hanging baskets on her pictures, but with just a clipping I think it would take forever so I want to find the name of it so I can purchase more of them.

Thank you for any help you can give.

Is it possible that it's an Aptenia? Check out the pictures there, and let me know.
