Important Information for Your Order

Terms and Conditions for Drought Smart Plants:

Custom plant orders (this refers to orders not ordered from the Garden Shop which are pre-selected collections that I choose for you) are pre-paid, either on invoice from Pay Pal, or invoice emailed and paid by your cheque.

No shipment of plants will leave this nursery without payment in full, including bank clearance of payment. Payment shall also include shipping costs, or an arrangement for shipping freight collect via Greyhound. This requires an active phone number for you to be contacted by Greyhound to arrange pick up or delivery of your order. Please act speedily, as plants are perishable.

In some cases, partial payment is accepted when you place your order, but the remaining amount will be due and payable no less than two weeks prior to shipping. An invoice will be issued at this time, so please pay attention to this immediately on receipt as your order will not ship until payment is received.

Wholesale orders: Any order over $500 is considered a wholesale order, and is eligible for a 5% discount on the plant portion of the order. Shipping will not be discounted.

Any order over $2000 will be eligible for a 7% discount on the plant portion of the order. Shipping will not be discounted.

Cancelled orders:I reserve the right to refund your money in case of cancellation of your order due to unavoidable issues at my end. If you cancel a custom order that has already been propagated I reserve the right to bill you the ‘Nuisance Tax’ of 10% of the order amount. You will receive a refund of the remaining amount.
