Square stem, leaves, sets seed often, I have attached picture.

Drought Smart Plants reply: Hi Bev, this looks to be the Madagascar Jewel plant, which goes by the name of Euphorbia leuconeura.

It’s a Euphorbia, so like all of it’s kin, must be treated with respect, as the sap is quite poisonous, and can cause blindness and dermatitis.
