Sedum reflexum 'Blue Spruce'
Sedum reflexum ‘Blue Spruce’ looks just like the name suggests – but not prickly. The soft needles on this plant are pale blue and add texture to combinations of other blue leaved plants such as Sedum cyaneum ‘Rose Carpet’, blue or red Sempervivum, and even the tender miscellaneous succulent plants.
Grown in a border or Sedum tapestry, it’s well behaved and easy to keep in bounds. As with most Sedum, it prefers good drainage, and can survive on very little water.Eventual size is about 40cm across, and up to around 6-10cm tall, not including the tall yellow flower spikes.
