Sedum hispanicum var. polypetalum
This finely textured species is very similar to Sedum hispanicum ‘Blue Carpet’ in appearance, but I’m keeping them separate to see if they are the same plant based on the bloom. The tiny blue foliage is arranged in loose upright clumps, and the form of the whole plant is a refined mound. I use this plant in containers, troughs and rockeries due to its well behaved growth habit. Blooming is sparse to non-existent at this time, so I’m not sure what to expect. Typically, there should be pink flowers in summer.
