It has pink and green leaves with a pinkish brown and green fleshy stem. It was the last one at the store so I don’t know if this is a healthy one. It’s quite droopy but I don’t know if it’s supposed to be.

This is Crassula pellucida ‘B’ variegated, which seems to change colors depending on the conditions – sometimes it’s more green and yellow, other times the pink and green shows more.
This is not a hardy succulent, so it will need to come indoors for the winter, but like most Crassula it should overwinter fine in a bright window (or under a grow light).
The droopy look could be just a response to low light levels in the store, but these do seem to have downward pointing leaves.
