To order your plants, go to The Garden Shop and click on the add to cart buttons for the items you select. You can view your cart at any time during your shopping trip at the Garden Shop, and pay easily and securely by credit card or your Paypal account.
Some specials are ordered by filling out the form provided on the page, and then a Paypal invoice will be issued by email. This is to give you the most accurate shipping rate possible to your area for these economical choices.
Custom orders can also be paid by credit card through Paypal - contact me to place an order that isn't in the selections listed on the Garden Shop page, and you will receive an invoice via Paypal.
If you want to place a wholesale order and pay by invoice through your credit card or Paypal account, that can be arranged separately. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for information on eligibility.
Once
your order has been received, you will be able to give me further
instructions on your order, double check your shipping address and firm up a date to ship your
order.
Just so you know, it's not possible to ship my plants during the winter - I live in an area that routinely sees 30-60cm (1-2') of snow, which lasts until April, making it really hard to locate the plants and dry them out.
If you know that you will need plants really early in the season, please let me know in the fall of the previous year, and I will arrange special overwinter care in a cold frame for them.
I only ship to Canadian addresses at this time, due to the high cost of customs brokering, phytosanitary inspections, certificates and the like. I apologize for this inconvenience; however, there are many plant specialty nurseries in the US which carry a similar product line, if that is where you live.
All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. Most succulents are always in stock, but all other plants are custom propagated. This means that sometimes there are some 'punted' orders which were placed late in the season.
(Any orders placed after July 15 run the risk of being punted into the following season, as even if the cuttings root, they aren't always as hardy as those propagated earlier.)
Because of this, your order will be placed in the queue and may not be shipped exactly 4-6 weeks after I receive it. I therefore urge you to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and unnecessary time spent waiting for replacements.
To get to the front of the propagation line for early spring delivery, your payment in the fall before will hold your place for top priority.
