Looks like a goldfish plant.

The flowers are the same color as goldfish flowers, but a different shape as shown in the photo.

Drought Smart Plants reply:

There are several similar plants that all go by the name of Goldfish Plant or Lipstick Plant - they are all related and belong to the Gesneriad family, which also contains Saintpaulia (African Violets) and Streptocarpus (Cape Primrose).

Aeschynanthus don't look anything like African Violets because they have shiny foliage for the most part, and tend to have long stems that eventually will trail, making them ideal for growing in hanging baskets.

Some of the types and species you might find in grocery stores, greenhouses and tropical plant stores are listed here:

Aeschynanthus 'Black Pagoda' - dark green leaves marbled with dark purple, deep orange red blooms at the end of drooping branches.

A. marmoratus, the Zebra Basket Vine has green leaves with dark markings, and is grown more for the foliage than the insignificant flowers.

A. radicans, the Lipstick plant has dark red 5cm long flowers that emerge from dark flower tubes - giving rise to its name as they really do resemble a half opened lipstick tube.

A. speciosus with its 10cm long yellow and orange flowers is a show stopper in full bloom.

A. splendidus has similar long flowers, in clusters of between six and twenty clustered at the ends of the trailing stems.

All of these need warmth, bright light and high humidity to thrive, and do best in a light porous mix. If you can provide these conditions, your Lipstick and Goldfish plants will bloom prolifically.

Happy Gesneriad Growing!
