It looks like a senecio with long thin light greenish-blue banana shaped leaves with purple-reddish tips.

Hi Joan, that does look a lot like a Senecio, but it's different from Senecio mandraliscae, which tends to be more blue green, and very slender. It's possible that this is Senecio serpens, which is a larger version on S. mandraliscae.
