Short segmented stems that are upright for a short time, then droop over the edge. The person I got this from had it for many years and did not know the name. I asked for a cutting and she took many and asked for me to send her my jade cuttings. Done.

Dem Bones
by: Jacki

This wonderful looking plant is called Dancing Bones Cactus, which when you look, that’s exactly what they look like – little bones all joined together.

It also goes by the names Drunkards Dream and Spice Cactus.

The botanical name is Hatiora salicornioides, or Rhipsalis salicorniodes among others. You can see more about it on Dave’s Garden Website.

There is more about this genus with some general care here.
