An Aptly Named Echeveria
Echeveria nodulosa 'Painted Beauty' has corky stems with hunter green and burgundy variegated foliage. Although it tends to become leggy with age, this easy to grow plant branches from the base of the stem if trimmed back to create a shrub form.Ultimate size is about 30cm high, with many stems. Each leaf is about 5cm long.
Best conditions are bright light to prevent legginess, and for best colouration of the leaves. Propagate from stem cuttings when you trim back the top growth. Roots easily from stem or leaf cuttings. Use as an accent with groupings of other Echeveria and succulents to add texture and colour to your collection.
