We have a very creative maintenance fellow who made 2 of these planters from his scrap pile! I think this combination of plants are the perfect topping for them. The best part is the periodic rain takes care of them, so I don't have too! Drought tolerant plants give me more time to smell the roses, (while I water them)

With talent like that, you'll have to keep him around to make more gorgeous planters for you - I hope you'll post more pictures when he does!
