blueberries

by isaiah

My cousin dug up some blueberry plants out of his yard for me. He didn't give me all or even half the root - will they grow?

Water well, and hope
by: Jacki

Hi Isaiah - many plants will adapt to having less roots, providing they don't have any other stress and can grow some more to replace the ones that were cut off.

Plant your blueberries in a bed of sawdust and peat moss, and keep moist and hopefully by next year you will be able to tell if they survive.
