Many mail order suppliers of Australian plants find their customers on the internet, but how do the customers find the mail order nurseries carrying their favorite plants? And how do you know they're reputable, and have quality mail order plants?
You're pretty much buying blind when you buy plants online, but here's a way to find good quality plants and mail order nurseries.
If you've bought plants online in Australia, share your sources - have you dealt with a great mail order nursery? Tell us all about it - in detail!
Here are some basic criteria for a good online plant nursery:
Courtesy and prompt customer service, including notification of substitutes, accuracy in labeling etc.
Quality of plant material, and the shape it is in when you receive it.
Packaging of the plants to protect them in transit.
Price is an issue, but not as important as the above criteria
Follow the instructions below. Feel free to add your comments to other reviews, the more the merrier.
